As a full time agent, Bonnie's approach to real estate is focused on getting to know her clients-not just their needs, but their desires and dreams-and taking care of them from beginning to end. Bonnie gets great satisfaction out of being able to put her energy into helping people make the best real estate decisions for themselves and their family, and feels honored to help others find a place that they will love calling home. Bonnie provides her clients all the information necessary to help them make sound real estate decisions during the changing market cycles. "You can get a lot of information about the market from the media and the internet; my job is to analyze and translate the data and news into real time, real local information that can help you make a well informed decision."
Bonnie is proud to say that her honest enthusiasm, relentless drive, passion, and communication are what set her apart. She knows what it takes to sell your home. Bonnie is on top of the most innovative marketing strategies to get you the best price possible in the shortest amount of time. She continuously studies the local neighborhood real estate data and trends and uses that to not only educate her clients, but to develop an effective and successful strategy for putting their home on the market or for searching for a home to buy.
Bonnie and her husband Doug and three kids have lived and played in Centennial for the past 20 years. Her three children attend high school and middle school in the Cherry Creek School District. Being a PTO Board member for the past 10 years, a nominated member of The Cherry Creek Leadership Network, and a school volunteer of 10 years gives Bonnie a unique and in depth knowledge of the schools, neighborhoods, homes, and recreational areas in the Cherry Creek District. "It's a great feeling to live, work and give back in the community I care so much about."
"When I'm not working on real estate I like to keep balance in my life with cheering our kids from the sidelines, tennis, golf, yoga, scrapbooking, cooking, a good glass of wine and spending time with family and friends. Life is good!"
